is designed for use by meat brokers, exporters,
butchers, executive chefs, food and beverage
managers, and supermarket meat buyers for order
enquiries.
It may also assist the home consumer in becoming
aware of what is available and what to ask for ie.,
camel specifications use the same terminology as
beef eg., rump, topside, fillet etc.
All enquiries are handled by the meat broker and
